Fitted with an inverter, battery backup and solar panels This gem of a house sits overlooking the 6th at one of South Africa's finest golf courses, with a beautiful view of the dam and distant forest. A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

Sunbird luxury cottage in idyllic garden

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

A luxurious apartment with ample space for two people with a private entrance. You will have access to the sparkling blue pool, uncapped wifi, tea and coffee is provided. There is secure parking on the property. There is a full HD DSTV package, ducted aircon, linen and towels. TV & WiFi are on backup power We are 5 minute drive from the bustling Umhlanga Village and the beach. There are a multitude of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. It is the perfect spot for swimmers, surfers, romantic getaways and awesome family time. Dorado Bay offers its own private pool and braai area.
