Struttura di prestigio realizzata a corte, in stile Liberty nata all' inizio del 1800, recentemente ristrutturata senza snaturarne l'eleganza. Situata in riva al lago di Iseo, con vista mozzafiato, nel centro storico di Marone, gode di un particolare microclima mite anche nei mesi freddi. Giardino e patio curati e arredati permettono di vivere la casa anche all'aria aperta. Lontana dal traffico, pace e tranquillità sono la parola d'ordine, lasciati cullare in un caldo abbraccio dal lago di Iseo.

Situated in a desirable and convenient residential area, the apartment is a 20-minute walk from Piazza Pontida, the centre of Bergamo. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV and Netflix. The flat is very well located for the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital and city clinics. Free parking is available whithin 250 meters from the apartment.

Completely refurbished in 2016, it enjoys a gorgeous view of the Brembo river and of the mountains of Val Brembana. Quiet and very comfortable for a couple, it can host up to 4 persons. Very central position: 100m from the entrance of the spa QC Terme, 200m from the Casino, and at the beginning of the town's Promenade where you can find a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

In an elegant lakefront villa consisting of five apartments, a fanciful independent open space with independent entrance. The apartment, in a very central position, recently renovated, has a welcoming double bedroom / living room, bathroom, spacious kitchen / dining room and outdoor patio. Private jetty with direct access to the lake, gazebo, barbecue and large garden shared with the owners and guests of the other apartments. A real corner of peace and relaxation!
