Sebastiano è un host che ti fa sentire subito a casa, alloggio perfetto come descritto e soprattutto pulitissimo, parcheggio antistante comodo e anche i negozi e locali a due minuti a piedi fanno si che il soggiorno sia piacevole Insomma che dire!! la premura educazione e la reattività di Sebastiano fanno di questo angolo di mondo un posto da seven stars e le merita tutte. Bravo!! Ci tornerò sicuramente e soprattutto grazie.

Buena Area Chaia, segura para caminar y facil acceso a la Estacion del metro Amadeo a 12 minutos caminando. Facil ir a Garibadi la Estacion del tren para hacer cambios hacia otras areas de la ciudad. Facil caminar alrededor de 30 minutos caminando a la Plaza del Plesbicito.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es una zona tranquila muy cerca del puerto, caminando a 20 minutos del centro y a una calle puedes encontrar supermercados. La anfitriona es muy amable siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó mucho, mil gracias!

Siamo stati benissimo, Nello persona stupenda, sempre reperibile e sempre disposto a dare una mano per trovare luoghi e posti stupendi. Ci torneremo

Diese blitzsaubere und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Lorenzo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben (Mami‘s Pizza, Busrouten, Strände usw.). Ischia Porto und der Strand, aber auch Coop und Restaurants sind einfach fussläufig zu erreichen, am besten mit einem Stop in der Pasticceria Minicucci. Wir kommen gerne wieder, alles Gute und vielen Dank, Lorenzo

We had a great time in Ischia, Paolo's apartment was ideal for my friend and myself. spotlessly clean with all amenities needed whilst on holidays. We loved having our morning cup of tea on the little balcony outside the 2nd bedroom, this had a great view of the castle. Paolo was very welcoming when we arrived, and gave us recommendations for restaurants. he had contacted me prior to arrival with details and recommendations of places to go whilst on Ischia. Paolo was an excellent host.

This a faboulous property with a wonderful host. Just one word of caution: don't try to attempt to park the car on the property. (unless it is mini). We tried and got scratches. In a matter of fact, every local car we saw had scratches. The spaces are so narrow, that to avoid it is just unrealistic. One of the reviewers mentioned ants. On the first day when I put a bag with food on the floor, there were lots of them in a matter of minutes. However, after we started storing food to the fridge and cabinets, they disappeared. Overall, we had a fantastic expierence: views, walk to Sorrento, boat trip, were all memorable. All Valentina's recommendations were great.

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the calm and cosy atmosphere, close enough to enjoy the city, but far enough for some peace and quiet. Check in/ check out went smoothly and the communication from Ludovica was on point. Would recommend this place if you like walking or don’t mind taking a little bit of transit to get into the city.
