Beautiful home, very relaxing and fits a large group very easily. Luis was very accommodating and quick to respond.

PROS: We loved the neighborhood and walking in the vicinity! The deck was great. The beds were super comfortable!! Space was great for a large group. CONS: kitchen was inadequately supplied for a large group. Cookware was in poor shape and there was not enough wine glasses, coffee cups, etc for a group. However, I spoke with Christie and she was grateful for the input and was going out to shop the day we left to improve the beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time with our family at Rachel’s place in Redding. Location was very close to the business district, but still gave us the privacy and peace of a safe neighborhood. We had my son, daughter-in-law and newborn baby visiting each day. We made some great memories in this house. So many laughs and first times with our sweet grand baby were made here. We had my husband and I and our 3 adult children staying here. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bath home was the ideal set-up for us to have enough space, privacy. And then we would gather to eat and play games in the evenings. The outside accommodations were very inviting as well. We used the propane grill a few times, sat in the hot tub and chilled together several nights and had some early morning workouts and quiet times in the morning. There were several seating areas to use and a lovely backyard with lighting and plants to give a peaceful atmosphere. Rachel was always just a text away when we needed assistance! Awesome host!

The Shasta Sunrise Retreat was just that… a wonderful retreat! We felt right at home for our sisters/cousins getaway. The view of the mountains in the hot tub will be hard to beat! There were so many amenities to make our time comfortable. The game room was a big hit for the kids and adults. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very accommodating. Great job on this Airbnb!! Will definitely recommend!

We were there for my daughter's wedding so we were sad we didn't get to spend much time at the place. It is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and right on the river. I would definitely go back and stay for a weekend with family when we don't have an event we need to attend! Highly recommended!

Ryan’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything was great from the location, the yard, to the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen! Ryan also responds pretty much instantly so if you need anything he is there. We will definitely be back on our trips to Redding!

Lori's Riverfront Retreat is a a true oasis. We felt like we were transported far away to a tropical place. The property is immaculate, beautiful, and adorned with every amenity imaginable. The backyard is a true outdoor living space with the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, multiple sitting areas with fire pits and the gorgeous Sacramento river floating by. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds, linens and towels are all top notch and hotel quality. Lori provided lots of information for local activities and events, but we only left to go shopping because being at the house was so wonderful! Lori's was the perfect hostess and went above and beyond to accomodate all of our needs and make our stay the perfect getaway. We look forward to returning again soon - thank you, Lori!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and the location was very peaceful and also easy to find!

We spent a few days with extended family. We all had a very enjoyable experience and the dogs did too. It was great that they were able to accommodate all (9) comfortably. We went during February and we all think it would be great to go back in the Summer to enjoy all the trails and fun things to do outdoors. The decor was super fun and whimsical.

We had a great time! We ended up having 10 guests, and we had more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was huge and made it easy for us to prepare food, and we loved the hot tub and outdoor space with the electric fire pit. Easy proximity to hiking!

We greatly enjoyed spending a weekend with family and friends. It was wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city life and just relax is a nice and comfortable setting with close ones.
