I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so it was super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see. We also loved that it was dog friendly, which made our trip even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious home for a large group. Beds were very comfortable and we all had a great time in the game room and hot tub. Very convenient location. Note: there are very few kitchen basics- remember to pack trash bags, cleaning products, paper towels, plastic wrap, cooking oil, etc

Hillary's place was a wonderful place to stay for a cozy weekend getaway. It felt very homey with personal touches. We were here during a little snowstorm so we didn't spend any time outside but the yard and private deck were really nice. We had some troubles with the hot water but Hillary was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Gisele and her property manager were promptly responsive. The cottage was extremely clean, newly decorated and well appointed. The layout was very comfortable for our family of four. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. The only negatives were: If not taking the trolley or golf cart, the closest pool was a half mile walk with no parking available. The further pool did have parking. Also, no outside water source/hose to rinse off. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Wells beaches were beautiful with easy, affordable parking. Overall a wonderful stay in Wells!

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

We had a great stay here. Kitchen was extraordinary well appointed with nice appliances, sharp knives, etc and the bedding was very nice, over and above the quality I have experienced at many other rentals. The communication of the rules got to be a lot, but overall the place is a great rental in a prime location. If you are used to staying at Airbnbs, expect to follow the normal rules, and you’ll be good.

Stayed for a weekend with 5 people - the space was perfect us! With 3 beds and 2 baths we didn’t feel on top of each other inside. We opted for free street parking which was never an issue. There’s a handful of coffee shops, restaurants and bars with 5-10 min walk. Old Port is about 20 min walk but very easy and safe. We loved being around the block from the ocean and east prom!!

We were a group of 10+ women ranging in ages from 16 to 60 something. Moms, sisters, cousins, aunties and long time friends gathering for our annual “girls weekend”. A tradition spanning over 30 plus years, our group’s dynamics may have changed a bit - but not our excitement of coming together once a year. For the size of our group we require some standard needs: enough beds to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us, a decent size cooking area, plenty of room for us to be social and room for all our vehicles. The Honey Bear House checked all those boxes. Kerri was very attentive to us, checking in on us at the start of the weekend and quickly responding to our texts. The house was as she describes it, plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls & appliances, toaster & toaster oven, drip coffee & Keurig, lots of mugs! We supplemented with paper products & personal towels. Perfect spot for an extended family gathering!

It was exactly as described. It's nicely appointed (no knickknacks which just crowd a place when you're a visitor!). There were plenty of towels and everything was clean. We had some issues getting in at first because it wasn't clear where the lockbox with the key was located (instructions said front porch) but Paul called me right away when I messaged and it was quickly figured out. My only complaint is the curtains in the primary bedroom. I would love to have seen blackout curtains. I never understand why almost every airbnb we stay in has the most translucent curtains. I'd like a good night sleep and blackout curtains go a long way. All in all, I'd definitely consider staying here again. It's dog friendly which is important to me.
