Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

The house was in excellent condition! Ewelina was very helpful, located in a great area between Saugerties and Hunter Mountain.

This was a great time. The house is on the same block as three restaurants, a coffee place and a bakery. So, most days, it was easy to walk for three minutes and get something to eat/drink. The dog was happy because the house was so close to the creek, in addition to large fields w/in walking distance. I also drove a decent amount, because I visited Athens, Hudson, Saugerties, Woodstock, Tannersville and other nearby towns. Emily's and Carol's house is within twenty minutes of a ton of places. The house is simple and had what I needed - a strong heater, two comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a large table that accommodated my laptop, monitor and keyboard. Finally, during my month-long stay, I had a change of plans, and Emily & Carol were very helpful and understanding about the necessary re-arrangement. It was a great place to stay.

This has been my go-to Airbnb over the last several months. I have stayed here for a total of 4 weeks and it was so convenient to working in Downtown Albany and was a nice perk to be able to bring my dogs! Thanks, Anthony!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

Our family had a great time staying in Anneke’s house in Stockbridge; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The fenced yard was also great for our dog. Anneke checked in with us several times during the trip and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

We were a group of ten family/friends, not really interested in local happenings or activities because we were just there for the weekend to stay at the house and relax and unwind. The living room couches and dining table were great; we had plenty of room to hang out together, and the downstairs space living room wasn't even needed. The kitchen is very well appointed, but it's pretty small, so not really able to fit more than one or two people at a time. The beds were comfortable and with a variety of bed sizes, accommodated our group nicely. We appreciated the nice furniture and decor, I think it made everyone feel relaxed along with a fire in the wood stove. Had a fire down the hill by the lake, and unfortunately it was too windy to use the upper deck and outdoor furniture. Vincent quickly answered any questions we had. We didn't get to use any of the summer amenities but the lake looked like it'd be inviting in the summer.

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful winter getaway, my bf and I came here for VDay weekend. We loved the private quiet area for just two of us the space was perfect. Can’t wait to come back in summer to utilize the natural pool.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Upon entry, my architect husband said "Cute Cottage; Susan you did it again." Plenty of room for a couple in their mid-seventies, and a Millennial daughter. The cottage is very well insulated such that I didn't have to run the heat except for fifteen minutes at bedtime in mid-October, yet there is a big south-facing sliding door in each of the rooms where the sun and moon shines through. Beautiful woodland falls away from the cottage and small patio beyond the sliding doors, and moonlight is magic on all the leaves. If we had more time we would have investigated the many books in the shelving. We will find excuses for coming back to the area and will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s Airbnb! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tina was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay longer. We loved the large windows, high ceilings, and especially the glass door that opened to fresh air. My wife particularly enjoyed the bathtub. We had a wonderful, restful time and will definitely be visiting again!”

This was the perfect place for a weekend away from the city with a few couples. The hosts were so communicative and hospitable from the moment we arrived, ensuring we had what we needed (including sharing some amazing farm fresh eggs!). Our group loves to cook and the kitchen is an amazing space for friends to cook and hang out. We even had some fun using the pool table. The bedrooms were all perfectly comfortable and the bathrooms notably had great water pressure. Our dog also loved getting to run around outside in nature on the property. Location was very close to Rhinebeck where you’ll find tons of cute local stores and restaurants. We are already discussing coming back with friends this summer!

Stayed at Val's place for 4 months. We were very happy here, it's extremely spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Plus, it has everything you will ever need during your stay from a screw driver to cheese grater which is often hard to find in rentals and you end up having to buy extra supplies if staying for an extended period of time like we were. The Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to Warren Street and 5 min drive to Fairview Ave. Host is so helpful and responsive. Five + stars. Thank you Val!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

The Lilac House is the ultimate dream AirBnB! Kathy is the most communicative, proactive, and thoughtful host I've ever encountered. My group felt like we were being personally attended to and had a true bed and breakfast experience, despite Kathy not being physically present. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. We had such a relaxing fantastic weekend, birdwatching from the hot tub. The area is great, with Kingston just a 15 minute drive away, and such a cool town! Rhinebeck is a bit further out but also great. Great food and hikes to be had all over.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was just as described and it was a perfect little getaway for a night. Tons of little surprises in the dome! Worth every penny!

We spent a wonderful night here for an event at MASS MoCA. It reminded me of old school Airbnb when it was really good---there were snacks and treats for us, kind and informative welcome note, drinks in the fridge, things like that. The museum and main stretch of restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes walking and it's easy to get in and out driving. We'll be staying here again next time we're in western Mass.

Great location in the center of Adams, walkable to many restaurants and a nice walking path. It's a short drive to many attractions and hikes with beautiful scenery in the autumn. It's a small apartment (bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom) next to a larger apartment, so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn't bothersome. The entrance to the apartment is directly into the bathroom, so it would be recommended to stay here with someone you are closely familiar with. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked and clean. Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!
