Great location! We loved how cozy this place was and decorated so beautifully. We didn't know there was no stove or oven, but made do with the toaster oven and convection stove Deb supplied. The beds are insanely comfortable and we appreciated all the things Deb supplied. :) Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed. We booked the place again because it is close to MAYO Clinic, cozy place for two, very clean and has all you need. The MAYO parking pass is also a benefit. Would stay again if the need arises. Jeff also communicates in a timely manner.

Brand new place with a piece of mind location. Very quiet, green areas, and sidewalks around the property. Great clubhouse, gym, and amenities. Host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. On-site team was just as good. Highly recommend it for those who want stay in calming place while getting things done in town or Mayo Clinic.

Highly recommend this great rental! The host, Katie, is wonderfully kind and friendly. She thoroughly explained everything, gave genuinely helpful recommendations, as well as directions from the house to our hospital destination. The rental itself looks *exactly* like the pictures, if pictures can even do it justice - beautiful space that is immaculately clean and decorated in a very welcoming fashion. Check in and check out were both simple and hassle free. We definitely plan to stay again, next time we're in Rochester. Thanks, Katie! :)

We spent Christmas week at Viola Suites (#2) to visit our son. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. We prepared a wonderful Christmas meal and enjoyed movies and our favorite TV shows with the streaming options available. Rochester is a compact town and everything was within 10 or 15 minutes from the Airbnb, with a grocery store, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants even closer. We brought our dog with us and the conditions of being pet friendly were easy to comply with. There was a path around the Airbnb for us to walk with him, and sidewalks and neighborhoods as well. When visiting my son again, I would definitely consider Viola Suites.

This was a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything. Bernie was very helpful. The muffins she made were yummy! We will be back.

I can’t say enough great things about John and the house. I was recovering from surgery and this place made me feel right at home. There was even a lift recliner that helped with my limited mobility. The memory foam mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with every spice you could need and the welcome popcorn and hot chocolate were a nice touch. We will be sure to stay with John on our future trips to Rochester!

Under a mile Walk to Mayo building. Good location. Nice Airbnb. Comfy bed. Be aware there a stairs you have to climb to get in and out.

The place was easily walkable to Mayo which was a huge plus for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We spent a week over Christmas at the house while visiting family. It is very convenient, with easy access to the rest of Rochester. Shopping and grocery store are just a few blocks away. The house itself is nicely refurbished with a cozy living and dining area, as well as places to get away (office/bedroom, finished basement), and comfortable beds. The host was very responsive to messages. We recommend Ila's place and will try to stay here again next time we visit Rochester.

Lovely Airbnb and an excellent host. I can’t thank Joshua enough for the flexibility, excellent communication, and an overall comfortable stay. The place is private and felt right at home. And, it is only about a 5-minute drive from the clinic. Exactly what my mom needed to feel more comfortable during a stressful week. Thank you for everything!

The home was clean, quiet and spacious. The listing was accurate and we found most everything that we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. WARNING: The "light switch" by the door in the laundry/utility room is not a light switch. It is the power switch for the furnace. If you instinctively turn it off as you leave the room in the evening, you may have a rude/cold awakening in the morning. Don't ask us how we know :^). Also, the mattresses on all four of the beds were in good condition but are memory foam. This may or may not be important to you, but it is good to know if you aren't a fan of this style of mattress. We enjoyed our stay and will include this home in our short list for any future stays.

This place is perfect if you need to be near Mayo clinic. It’s a 2 block walk. It has everything you need, clean and comfortable. There is a Fresh Thyme market walking distance, plus a few options to eat. Carol was very flexible and responsive.

Pro: kitchen has everything we could think of, beds are comfy, the soaking tub is GREAT, beautiful design, stayed warm even through the frigid days/nights, SO much natural light, host provides lots of useful information for the house! Con: the downstairs bed is below all the exposed plumbing so if anyone uses the upstairs bathroom it is loud, downstairs bathroom has very low ceiling (I'm 5'10" and had plenty of room to shower and everything but bumped my hands once or twice when reaching upward) Truly one of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. Highly recommend staying here and will gladly return! We ran out of hot water filling the tub but Malea was immediately responsive and even though the issue resolved itself, they still wanted to come over to check on things. Being one block away from Old Abe was my favorite thing! I frequent there whenever I'm in town and having it so close was a real treat...they saw us every day...

We were at the Mayo Clinic during the week of Christmas. Simon’s house felt like a cozy home away from home and provided lots of space for individual privacy when needed for our family members. (The TV in the basement room was perfect for watching the KC Chiefs on Christmas Day!)

Excellent stay, exactly as described. It's a short walk to both Mayo St. Mary's and the downtown campus. Hosts were easy to reach and very helpful.

First of all if you're going to the Mayo Clinic it's only 1.5 blocks away so GREAT location close to everything. The apt was very good and an excellent value. What made me give 6 stars is Jacqueline's responsiveness. We had a minor issue and she was on it ASAP. She cares GREATLY about her guests, is extremely timely in her responses and made sure our stay far, far exceeded our expectations! Thank you Jacqueline!

Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

Nice condo with comfortable beds and supplies for making meals there. Keep in mind this condo is on the third floor and no elevator. Great location to any where you need to go in Rochester and only about 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic.

We were very happy with our stay at Suites on 4th. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It was nice to have 2 different grocery stores and a coffee shop within walking distance. The park and walking/running/biking trails just outside the door were really nice as well. While the highway was noisy at times, it didn't detract from our stay. If we need an extended stay in Rochester again, we will definitely try to stay here again!
