Had a great stay at this very well-appointed large studio in downtown SD. The unit was clean and very well-situated in the building, with a nice terrace and dog run on the same level. LussoStay thought of almost everything in terms of supplies and amenities for the unit, and even though it wasn't technically a 1BR, it felt very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to be downtown. I was the first guest, and they were incredibly responsive to all of my queries.

Wonderful apartment in a great building with amenities! Make sure you try Choi’s downstairs for an excellent dinner and happy hour.

Charles is a wonderful host!! We arrived exhausted after flying from the east to the west coast. Our brains were mush and Charles walked us through getting settled in a quick and gracious way. He is extremely helpful. The condo is near the convention center which made for an easy walk. The special touches that he includes in the condo are amazing. I would have no hesitation staying there again!

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Very clean and comfortable place with everything you could need! Heather is an incredible host, always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a spot in San Diego, close to the beach and the walkable areas of the city, easy drive to practically everything.

Excellent, spotless, quiet place to work and play. Close to UCSD and La Jolla shops, with on site parking meant everything I needed was walkable, bussable or easy to zip to from my car. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Great stay! The outside of the condo was a bit older than expected, but the inside was pristine.

We had a fabulous stay. The home overlooks the Del Mar Rack Track with a view of Del Mar Beach. Great location, close to great shops and restaurants. Kimberly was a great host as well. Couldn't really ask for more.

Nice spot near Balboa Park. Having one parking space in the garage was really helpful.

Beautiful home 15 mins away from a shopping center and grocery stores. Very secure and private home. It’s a very spacious home and very minimalist theme. Access to the beach & two private pools. I will recommend to anyone that loves a great vacation and peaceful time. The home is even more gorgeous in person . Communication from the host is excellent! Can’t wait to visit again

Excellent location to access Golden Hill and Balboa Park. Host was very responsive and proactive. Accommodations were described accurately.

This is our second time staying at this resort as a family with two small kids. The two rooms are perfect for a family traveling to California. Great and easy parking, clean rooms, and wonderful views. The location is central and perfect for a Coronado visit. Cannot recommend the responsive staff enough and the parrot (Ms. Cody) is a fun treat in the lobby for kids! We’ll gladly come back every chance we can!!

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Definitely worth the price and the trip ! Pictures are as shown, house is super easy to get to, tyler and Anna are super communicative have super easy instructions. Nice neighborhood and even better that there ia a private driveway. Kitchen space and living space is huge. Outdoor space is such a huge plus along with the view! Will definitely be booking with them again !

The unobstructed Pacific Ocean view from Cy’s 12th-floor spacious condo is spectacular! Cy is very hands on, meeting us when we arrived to explain everything and also coming by at checkout time. The condo is well-located, with restaurants, clubs, shops and groceries stores nearby. The seating, as well as the beds/pillows were very comfortable. With four TVs to choose from, everyone should be happy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the master bedroom’s room-darkening shades much appreciated. In the room-for-improvement category, we could have used more cabinets for our stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms (half of them are reserved for owner and off limits). The two east-facing bedrooms could use room-darkening shades. Note: if you have difficulty with stairs, be aware there are 3 steps up into the condo and, once inside, 3 steps down into the great room. All in all, the view can’t be beat and we’d definitely return.

Our stay at Matt and Trish’s home was so great! Our kids immediately were occupied with all the toys/books/bunks that were available, we had an easy breezy check in and check out, the house itself was lovely and offered more than enough comfy space for our family of 4 and we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Matt and Trish were very kind and responsive hosts and it felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely return the next time we visit the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable and clean, beds were great! There were even some pantry items and fridge condiments that made life so much easier. Definitely stay here!

Overall We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gorgeous views and surroundings provide panoramic views in the house. Pros; Main living room, dining area and TV room downstairs are nice to hangout with views and pretty much anything you need. There is also a piano if you know how to play. Fireplace in living room made the space cozy and pleasant to hangout. Pool and Jacuzzi were our favorite, easy to communicate with host to make them warm during our stay. Cons; - Bedrooms are upstairs and they are clean but basic, master bedroom has two twin size beds which was a bit small for our family of four. There wasn’t also any nightstand next to bed to put your phone or belongings on while sleeping. - Bath tub/shower combo is typically not my favorite but they were okay. - There wasn’t any spices in kitchen, not even salt or pepper if you’re planning to cook during your stay. We had to go shopping to get basic spices. - the guesthouse is occupied so the main entry is shared.

Absolutely beautiful home. Fully stocked with all the things. Decor was amazing. Quiet and relaxing sanctuary. Christi was wonderful and easy to communicate with.

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway celebrating some special birthdays! It was our peaceful haven after spending long days exploring San Diego. The kitchen had everything we needed to start our days with a lovely home-cooked breakfast - one of our favorite memories. And we absolutely loved the fireplace and sauna - super cozy and relaxing! So many thoughtful details went into making this such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Everything was spotless, communication was awesome, the house/location is stunning... We had the most wonderful time and will cherish our memories for years to come... Thank you for providing such a lovely home in such beautiful surroundings - we only wish we could've stayed longer!

My family and I had an amazing stay! It features a fantastic pool and a sauna for six people, which added a luxurious touch to our experience. We loved the landscaping lights around the yard and sauna area at night; they were truly beautiful and pleasant to look at from the kitchen and dining area. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the high-quality bedding and mattress ensured a truly comfortable night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. For entertainment, there’s a ping pong table and a foosball table, providing hours of fun. The seating area offered stunning sunset and mountain views, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Also a lovely park and trails nearby for those who enjoy nature walks. We will definitely come back! Breathtaking Del Mar Beach is just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and warm weather. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!
