The property is in a perfect location, allowing us to explore many attractions on foot. Additionally, it's conveniently close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants. Dani was a fantastic host, offering us a detailed overview of the neighborhood along with invaluable tips to make the most of our trip during check in. The property itself was immaculate, equipped with all necessary amenities, and ensured a very comfortable stay. Laura was always in touch with us remotely throughout our visit and responded promptly to any requests, which made us feel genuinely cared for. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—it's a wonderful home away from home!

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

we had a great stay in Veronica apartment, the place is spotless, lovely, cosy and clean, beautiful area outside with a nice clean pool, we were a family of 5 and had loads of room. Veronica was a great host, really helpful and sent on so great recommendations would highly recommend a stay with Veronica, apartment is less than 5 mins from beautiful beaches we will be back hopefully

Fantastic location. Easy access to the tram, Mercado, beach, and the many walkable streets featuring cozy plazas and delicious food. It was amazing to have such a beautiful view of the castle and hike up to it just around the corner from the Mish Mish restaurant. Great restaurants to enjoy are El Pont, Mish Mish, Thai Corner, and Santa Gloria. A great bakery to find is Dulce Ángel Pastelería. Andrey’s place made the vacation really special, and on occasion you might even see parades in the plaza just below.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

I have stayed around the world but the attention to detail and proactive approach is something else i even got my flight times wrong and they moved heaven and earth to accommodate my needs can’t explain how good they are to conclude there is a 24hr supermarket 1min away and the beach

Finca muy hermosa, tranquila, con todas las comodidades, si bien es cierto que no tiene aire acondicionado, hemos venido en pleno agosto y aún así, mucho menos calor que en Madrid, así que para nosotros muy bien. La piscina está abierta de noche, para refrescarse, pudimos hacer barbacoa, había restaurantes relativamente cerca (en coche), nosotros vinimos a recorrernos la costa blanca, así que excelente punto de partida la ubicación de la finca. La anfitriona estuvo al pendiente para acordar la llegada, fácil check in y check out. Todo 👌 Esperamos repetir pronto. Muchas gracias Tina!

El sitio es genial, tranquilo. Buena comida en la zona. Nos acompaño el tiempo y pudimos hacer una cena en la terraza, fue muy especial. El anfitrión nos recomendó una zona para tomar algo con buen ambiente para el sábado por la tarde y nos gusto mucho Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Alicante, intentaré alojarme en el mismo sitio

Pedro is a 5 star host, he met us on arrival with a smile even though we had been delayed numerous times by flights and then the car hire. He walked us round his charming and well appointed apartment. He then left us alone to enjoy our holiday, contacting us a few days before departure to detail how we lock up and leave, even allowing us to leave a little later as we had a night flight. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the community is secure, very well looked after, and the other residents were all very friendly. We were very well located with the fabulous beach of Mil Palmeras within a simple walk, and a good supermarket Dial Prix also within an easy walk. Restaurants can be found to the left at Plaza Generalisimo or to the right at Mil Palmeras. We will definitely be coming again….Thanks Pedro

África resultó ser muy flexible dadas las circunstancias de mi reserva (reservé para mis padres y mi hija) y se comunicó con ellos de manera muy fluida todo el tiempo. Disfrutaron de unos días muy agradables y muy cómodos en el apartamento de África

Hemos estado muy bien ,tal cual el anuncio destacar que estaba muy limpio y bien equipado ,genial para moverse en coche porque es un barrio con muchas cuestas , lo bueno que hay plaza de aparcamiento en la urbanización muy cerca de la entrada al piso que facilita mucho la estancia.

Fantastic location—ideal for families! Just a short walk to excellent restaurants and the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, even providing beach towels and an umbrella for us to use. I’d absolutely love to return!

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

Så mysigt boende, enkelt men väldigt charmigt med en fantastisk takterass! Hela området är en sevärdhet och den bodde vi mitt i. Området är tyst trots att det ligger centralt. Mado svarade snabbt på våra frågor och skickade en bra beskrivning med bilder och text för att hitta till huset. Vi kände oss Välkomna och omhändertagna.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

Geweldig verblijf om met 9 vriendinnen te verblijven. Tram op wandelafstand alsook verschillende supermarkten. Het verwarmd zwembad en sauna was een grote meerwaarde.

Fue un verdadero placer venir a esta casa. Gintare una anfitriona excepcional! Mis perritos se divirtieron mucho y disfrutamos de piscina barbacoa intimidad. Desde luego volveremos. Todo excelente.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très typique et très bien située. Quartier agréable et proche des restaurants et du centre . C’est très agréable de pouvoir profiter des deux terrasses bien exposées et avec une très belle vue . Attention, les lits doubles ne sont pas larges .

Han sido súper atentos y amables con nosotros. Han estado pendientes d que todo estuviera bien y nos sintiéramos cómodos. Durante la estancia han estado muy atentos a unas cuantas consultas que les realizamos y las han resuelto y solucionado todas. Han sido muy flexibles y se han adaptado a unas peticiones que les hicimos sobre los horarios. La casa cumple todos los requisitos que necesitábamos, piscina grande, zona de barbacoa (grande y con sombra), mínimo de tres baños/aseos, muchos dormitorios y camas, para pasar un fin de semana espectacular.

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photo. The pool is great, new and big. Very close to the sea, tram stop, and convenient with a small child. I want to come back again. Also, the wonderful Hanna, who met us, gave good recommendations and told us about everything.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke
