Ms. Jorina is a very accommodating host, she responded to our messages. The place was cozy and it feels like a hotel vibe. Love the security feature and internet speed definitely were our deal breaker and it exceed our expectations. She even gave us souveners. Thank you Ms. Jorina. Love to book this place again for family and friends.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

Our family of five had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different unit, but it was cancelled last minute due to a water supply issue. Thankfully, Ms. Aileen came to the rescue and truly saved our vacation. Her place was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The nearby stores and mall made everything convenient, from dining to shopping. Our kids especially loved the pool. It was calm and safe, and they had such a great time swimming and playing in a very family-friendly environment. What made our stay even more special was Ms. Aileen’s kindness and hospitality. She provided a full supply of drinking water for our family, along with free coffee and toiletries. She also took the time to guide us on where to buy our needs. we're so greatful for her warm welcome and the smooth and fast transaction. we would love to stay again. highly recommended💯

My family recently stayed at sir Ray’s log house , and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming host who had thought of every little detail to make our stay perfect. The house itself was spotless, stylish, and cozy, that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night sleep. The location was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive from vibrant restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. I loved the little touches like the complimentary coffee, and an assortment of chips waiting for us upon arrival. Sir Ray was responsive and I genuinely appreciated the thoughtful communication and clear instructions on check-in and check-out. Overall, this was an amazing staycation experience!

So worth it! Smooth sailing from the moment you check in and check out. Complete essentials, everything was working fine. The ACs, strong. Location is near everything. About a 7-minute drive to the mall for anything you need. Gracious host as well, super understanding furparents.

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

A cozy townhouse near SM Lipa.

The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊
