Highly recommend ! Me & my friends truly enjoyed our stay !! We were close to everything

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

Stayed here while trail biking on duel sports in the area. It was great for what we needed

The villa was charming and modestly decorated, providing all the essentials with the cozy atmosphere. I appreciated that there was an HDMI cord available to connect to the family room television. The mountain views from the villa were spectacular, and if it hadn't been so cold, I would have enjoyed a night on the patio. I will definitely book again.

The best part about this was at the host were very responsive on all inquiries. The house was beautiful and just perfect for our large group to each have their own bathroom and bedroom lots of room and activities for the kids such as the indoor pool and the arcade games! Overall great experience! We did need the hot tub cleaned during our stay because they don’t use chemicals so they had to drain the hot tub and fill it back up, but luckily it was heated very quickly same day. Again, very responsive and overall very happy and will come back again.

Nice, clean place. Fantastic location - very close to everything! Comfortable beds. Friendly, responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time stay at Fancy Pants!! We come to Townsend all the time and never knew such a wonderful home was there. Amazing view, the sound of the river just outside the door left us feeling relaxed after our daily adventures. Parker and Oz were such gracious host. Will definitely be coming back.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

The rental was gorgeous with amazing views. We had all the things we were looking for and expierence at the cabin. Kris was responsive and quick with any troubles we did expierence. It was fun for the adults and kids as well!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon! It was the perfect location, between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! It was so cozy & cute!
