It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. It is 1km from the "Agia Paraskevi" beach and 6km from the most famous beach "Koukounaries". The furnished and fully equipped house is ideal for holiday makers seeking relaxing and private family holidays while offering all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It can accomodate up to five people.

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

From the spacious garden the door leads into the generous open plan living area with several comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated units, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom is also well stylish, with double bed and exit to the back garden area. Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing, with a pretty garden with small trees and flowers.
