Such an easy booking experience. The place is beautiful and peaceful.

My church group and I had such a wonderful time here. Kurt is a great host! Made us feel right at home. The camp is surrounded with beautiful scenery. Perfect for groups! We are definitely coming back!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely beautiful. We had the most relaxing, peaceful stay. It was very spacious and comfortably fit our big family. We loved the outdoor space - the lights and the fire pit were a great touch. Adriana was very responsive and attentive. We hope to return soon.

This was such an amazing piece of property. Worth it for a family trip with kids. The highlight was the owner's horse who was one of the friendliest animals I have ever been around. She was great with my kids and loved being fed and brushed. Bring apples and carrots - you won't be sorry. We also loved cooking out on the nice grill and the big beautiful fireplace. We didn't leave the property the whole weekend!

I cannot recommend this spot enough. First of all, Jean was incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. The property itself is warm, charming, clean, cozy, and anything else that falls under a relaxing cabin weekend. Great for couples but even for small families and a individual trip, I will be back to experience all. 11 out of 10.

This place was perfect! We were in town for a bass tournament. 15 minutes from the boat ramp and PLENTY of parking for 3 Trucks with boats and room to spare. Ted made sure to come by and say hi and give us some ideas for local spots to get a nice steak. Definitely would go here again. WELL worth what we paid.

Great place in the country to get away with a large group or friends and family. Close to downtown fredericksburg but still out there where you can see the stars and sights. Highly recommend

We had such a perfect weekend at the Tipsy Toad Retreat! We loved meeting all the animals (donkeys, horses, goats, guinea foul, chickens, frogs at night, and a blue heron or two as they came and went). The pool/spa and firepit areas were absolutely perfect for quality time with the family, and the retreat is small enough to meet other families but not be overcrowded. There were lots of activities we never got to on the pond or by the rooms, but you'd be hard pressed to get bored at this peaceful oasis. Kathy was a marvelous host, and we definitely hope to return for weekend getaways in the future. Highly recommend!

Steven was a great host and made check in very easy, even in the complete dark of night! He even went as far as proactively letting us know of potentially dangerous impending weather, as Oklahoma often gets. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! This is the perfect place to book for large families. Our host always responded quickly and was more than accommodating to the minor issue we had. Would book again!

This is by far the best airbnb I've ever stayed at. So beautiful and peaceful. When we arrived there were homemade cinnamon rolls waiting for us. What a lovely surprise! They were delicious. The location is beautiful, you can see millions of stars at night. The sunsets are amazing. The trip to Cap rock canyon is a must. If you're considering booking the Casita, just do it! Its absolutely a wonderful place to stay The bathroom is amazing as well

Our family totally enjoyed our stay at the lodge! There was plenty of space for all of us to sit and relax together. The kids enjoyed the game room and running laps inside! Thank you!

The casitas were beautiful & the property had an amazing view. The common area was a wonderful place to hangout as a group, ice & snacks were proved in this area. Very highly recommend this property & the owners

Such a beautiful property and spacious home. It was really lovely to stay here. Getting up in the morning and sitting outside with a cup of coffee was majestic. We came to avoid a hurricane but it turned out to be a really nice little vacation. John and his family were very accommodating and then inviting. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Annie’s ranch for a girls trip earlier this year and knew I had to bring my family back! We had the most amazing stay! The Mountain View’s are absolutely breathtaking - a serene backdrop that’s impossible to beat. The alpaca ranch is such a unique and charming touch! Annie is warm and welcoming, always willing to give a tour. Our grandson fell in love with the alpacas. The home itself is stunning- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, filled with lush, thriving plants that created a peaceful, natural vibe. Every detail thoughtful. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular scenery, an unforgettable alpaca experience, and a host that truly cares, this is the perfect spot. Lovely, unique space that reminded us of the Airbnb homepage! We enjoyed a morning stroll around this Airbnb -- complete with a koi pond, alpaca, llama, and a charming barn cat, and we had a friendly chat with Frank as he tended to those farm animals.

This treehouse was amazing! Just what I wanted, woods and an outdoor shower that was the star of the show! Can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Between the friendly goats, the hot tub, and the cool rooftop patio this was a really cool experience. I especially recommend for couples. Mathew was very attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Jim & Amy's place was very large and perfect for accommodating a large family. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The porch is large with plenty of seating and ceiling fans that are very helpful if your stay is during the warmer months. They were responsive and helpful when an unexpected problem occurred during our stay, and went the extra mile to make things right. Highly recommend this house and the hosts!
