The house was close to downtown and many stores and restaurants which was convenient. It was peaceful and quiet. The board games were a plus. My family had a lot of fun playing after a long day of hiking.

Fantastic house. Host is fantastic and proactive. She went out of her way to help us with a bed for our newborn baby. She’s awesome and we would definitely return to this house next time we are here.

This is my second stay at this address - I had just as good of an experience as the first time. It's a great spot with great amenities for a long stay. Would recommend and would love to stay here again next year

Friends and I loved the place. And we're a bit shocked at how many amenities were provided. George was responsive and considerate. Would love to come back one day!

We had a great time at Cindy’s house. The space was really beautifully decorated with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. There was even a basket with “strange towels” that were not white to use for cleaning up spills, etc. The beds were comfortable; we slept soundly every night. The house is just about 5 minutes from downtown Ottawa with restaurants and shopping, about 20 mins from Starved Rock State Park, and an easy walk to a lovely playground with a splash pad. There are a few different outdoor seating options with cushions tucked away in easily accessible storage to keep them dry and clean.

We met here for a "mom's overnight" and loved the location. There are a few wineries close by, restaurant options, and a local coffee shop! The building and airbnb itself was one of the coolest we've stayed in, of all times! I would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this piece of history. The property is beautiful and very private. You can tell the owners care about the home and maintaining its history. This was hands down the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at an Airbnb! Lots of linens and towels back ups provided. We had one rain day and we had fun playing many of the games made available to us. (which are countless) We now also want a mini pool table lol. Being able to get in the hot tub after a long day of hiking also was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! The bed/bedding is beyond cozy and the highest quality. Thoughtful details at every turn from sharp knifes, weighted blankets and spotless everything I couldn't have asked for more. The location is the cutest situation downtown, safe, clean and in the middle of it all. The property has a locked lobby that really made me feel secure while still being warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough about this property other then I wish I could have stayed in all the lofts. This place is a real gem and worth every penny!
