We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Marions Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben, dazu noch super sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder dort übernachten. Zudem war es total nett sich mit Monika und ihrem Mann zu unterhalten, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und als wären wir bei Freunden.

Alles super funktioniert, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Hat uns gut gefallen!

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Silvia ist eine charmante Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtenm Apfelgelee, Äpfeln und Birnen aus dem wunderschönen Garten verwöhnt. Der Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon ist sehr entspannend und man wird mit Sonne verwöhnt.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 8 Personen ein Wochenende dort verbracht und es war perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts, wir haben uns von Anfang an pudelwohl gefühlt, schade, dass die Tage so schnell um waren. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas war jederzeit sehr einfach, und er war flexibel mit der Abreisezeit. Definitiv ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort, um Zeit mit der Familie oder einer Gruppe von Freunden zu verbringen.

Our stay at Moritz and Janka's house was absolutely delightful, the home is perfectly clean and spacious, with a beautiful garden, and equipped to the best standards, better than any 5 star hotel!! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood with the beautiful Nymphenburg palace just a few minutes drive away. Many food shops and restaraunts are also a short walk/drive away. The kindness and hospitality of the hosts impressed us greatly. We can only say thank you, for ensuring we had the best vacation staying in this home!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring Oberammergau and there are a lot of activities nearby to keep busy. Lots of good Bavarian restaurants that are easily walkable, and many local shops and wood carving shops. The house was very clean and the sauna and fireplace were nice to come back to after a long snow day in the mountains. If you’re attending the NATO school, the shuttle bus stop is only about 200 meters away, (right across from Hotel Wolf) so it’s very easy to get back and forth. The pictures don’t do the house justice, as it was even nicer and bigger than we expected. Tom was very flexible and allowed us to add an extra day onto our stay, as we had been enjoying it so much. The only thing to be aware of is that there’s no freezer in the house. Luckily it was cold enough outside to keep the ice cream that we bought frozen! 😁 Highly recommend staying at Tom’s place!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr idyllischen Lage. Wir waren 4 Paare und ein Baby und haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit mit Kaminfeuer, Tischtennis (in- und outdoor), Sauan und Flippern verbracht. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, auch genügend Bäder. Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erreichbarkeit nur mit dem Auto.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Ammersee, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen war. Das Haus war geräumig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Brem verbracht. Die Unterkunft versprüht bayerische Gemütlichkeit und liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Wanderwege. Der Kontakt zu Thomas (via Nachrichten) und zu Peter (vor Ort) funktionierte reibungslos und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir zwei Ponys als direkte Nachbarn zu haben. Das Achental ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zentral in Prien. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und hat viele Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche am Chiemsee und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war ein Super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Sehr Sauber und sehr entspannende Atmosphäre. jederzeit wieder. Danke😊

Die Unterkunft von Lisa und Julian ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen sorglosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber und wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommenspaket an Getränken und kleinem Snack herzlich empfangen. Obwohl die Lage sehr gut und nah an der Hauptstraße ist, ist es absolut ruhig und entspannend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Tiny House wärmstens empfehlen.

Alles super! Tatsächlich ein Eizigartiges Airbnb über den Dächern Augsburgs!

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Ski Fahren und Rodeln da. Die Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige und war für unserer Bedürfnisse vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Es ist eine Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus, altmodisch eingerichtet, funktional, sauber. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr ruhig, kein anderer Mensch zu sehen. Nachbarn anscheinend sehr nett, denn sie haben gleich Mal ein Paket von mir angenommen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Wohnungseigentümer wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen - war jedoch gar nicht nötig. Parkplätze waren auf der Straße vor dem Haus aber immer frei - gar kein Problem. Die Gegend war umwerfend schön, mit dem Auto erreicht man alles ohne Probleme. Jeder Tag dort war wunderschön, schade, dass man nicht selbst dort wohnt! Super Urlaub in einer Gegend, in der man nicht mehr irgendwo anders hin verreisen muss! ;D

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
