Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Our stay at the villa was truly worthwhile! It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us, with extra mats to spare. Halos kumpleto na and malinis yung place. The kids also had a great time enjoying the pool. Sir Justin (?), Ms Jessa, and Ate Donna were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for the quality service and overall experience!

We had a quick trip to Puerto Galera and loved discovering this corner of the world! The house is a comfortable beach house perfect for entertaining and just quality time. They had board games and a fussball table too. Our kids loved hanging out in the loft and playing non-iphone games, which we loved. Bathroom towels and beddings were of hotel quality, aircons and heaters functioned well too. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We asked Rose to cook for us for a fee and her liempo was divine! There is a grill in the garden too and we set up the table outdoors to really feel the place. The beach sand is good and we swam in front of the house. The kayaks were a welcome treat and we rowed around in the area. A fantastic stay, from a great house, attentive caretakers and a quiet and beautiful location.

The host is very responsive and will help you all the way. The place is very private and feels like your on a different place. Looks a lot like on the photos. very clean, very nice design, very peaceful! Overall great experience and will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family had such a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If you want a comfortable vacation with a lovely view, this is a great choice. The water is stunning with so many different fish to see! If you get the chance, rent their paddle board and head out a little farther; the water gets even clearer, and you’ll find beautiful corals and more marine life. We’ll definitely be back. This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.

Villa ben ristrutturata e completa. Molto gentile il custode Paul, che ha assistito ad ogni richiesta, villa pulita con piscina e fronte sulla spiagga. La via di fronte alla spiaggia sembra un punto di ritrovo per molti ragazzi per ammirare il tramonto e stare tra amici. La villa era perfetta eravamo una famiglia di 17 persone. L'unica cosa che suggirei all'ihost per la ristrutturazione sarebbe di aggiungere un controllo della temperatura dell'acqua della piscina, per essere piú utilizzabile anche da famiglie con anziani che hanno bisogno di acqua un po' piú calda. In generale la villa non aveva difetti ed era fornito per soggiorni di 1 o 2 notti. L'unica cosa che mancava erano gli asciugamani.

One of the cleanest abnb place I've ever been to! The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. The property is very clean, smelled nice, and well kept. Kitchen is well-equipped, pool is clean and well-maintained, awesome setup for the house, rooms airconditioning are great, bathrooms are nice and clean, and we enjoyed staying in the living room where we had karaoke and played some board and card games. There's a helper on site who was very helpful, and the hosts are very responsive to my queries. This place is great for small groups who like a peaceful and quiet vacation. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The place was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach! The caretaker was also incredibly reliable and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. 5/5 stars!

Our second stay here was as great as the first! The home is clean, serene, thoughtfully curated and with a beautiful view of the ocean and overall ambiance. Ate Karen the caretaker provides warm and hospitable service and Melissa is super responsive and a gracious host. Karen helped us arrange a boat ride where we snorkeled and even saw a dolphin! She could have also arranged in-home massages but we ran out of time. Later we found Lawom massage just a few minutes drive from Melissa’s place which we will definitely go back to at future visits! Just a quick drive to Altrove which is our favorite for delicious Italian cuisine.

Outstanding 5-Star Airbnb Listing and Host! We had an amazing stay in Casa Maripas. The communication was seamless, and they made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond by adjusting our check-in and checkout due to our work schedule so that we can enjoy the play. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy home away from home vibes. The beachfront and steel frame pool is also a plus! The host provided a local recommendation on a minute-away walk beach around the area that has a mini Boracay feel. Tita, their caretaker is very proactive and always offers help to us. They truly care about their guests' experience, making it unforgettable. We highly recommend them as a top-notch Airbnb Host and we are definitely going back to this place!

Would recommend this place for family outings and pet friendly trips. Place can accommodate several individuals. Check in/out was very smooth. Ate Janice was very obliging. Probably needs a hot shower option if the water’s too cold. Restroom inside the mainhouse can be accessed through a closet door. Street parking for cars can be a little dangerous due to scratches from the public tricycles :( but this is out of the host’s control. Otherwise parking inside the house garage is very safe. Road from Ibaan exit can be a little dangerous. Make sure to drive to the place before dark. Unli kapeng barako!❤️

Place is very well maintained and homey. The caretaker is also kind and hands on with us 😊 the stay comes with a free and unlimited mineral water too! Ms. Rica is very accomodating, even before we booked she happily entertained all our clarifications. 😊 The place is right in front of the beach, just what we were looking for. The sand is black and powdery smooth. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. I would just like to note a minor concern with the beach, there were pieces of broken glass (seems like from a broken bottle) in the sand. During our stay, we disposed 3 pieces. It would be best to address this to avoid unwanted accidents with future guests. Other than that, we loved our stay! 5 stars are very well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing customer service at Sunset!!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Nous venons de quitter la maison et nous sommes déjà tristes. Nous étions 15 et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très grande avec ses 6 chambres. Toutes les pièces de vie sont ouvertes sur l’extérieur. Nous avons passé de supers moments à la piscine qui est très grande et surtout au ponton où on a pu voir des poissons de toutes les couleurs. Pendant notre séjour nous étions accompagnés de Jane, Marilou et Jan Jan qui étaient adorables. Ils nous ont cuisiné des plats délicieux tout au long du séjour. La vue depuis la villa est à couper le souffle. Nous avons pu faire pleins d’activités grâce à Jane qui nous a aidé à organiser toutes les excursions. Nous avons croisé très peu de touristes pendant nos vacances, ce qui a rendu le dépaysement encore plus total. Merci encore à toute l’équipe.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.
