this is one of the most convenient locations i have stayed in Japan. it's within walking distance of a railway station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property has a small bed, enough for 2. enough room to move around. the washer was definitely a plus if you want to di laundry. It is not cheap but convenient. The host gave basic instructions on how to check in and out, but no interactions between the the guest and the host; kinda lacking a personal touch but worked for me.

The house was right across a Family Mart and thats what excites me the most. The house was spotless and was a little outside the city so the traffic was not bad compared to the city itself. The host was very friendly and nice as she was very considerate and responded to all my silly questions. The only complaint was the very narrow staircase leading up to the house as this building does not have an elevator so carrying luggage was not fun. But other than that, i would recommend this house again as it was comfy and again the right across Family Mart was 👌🏻

I have to admit what attracted me to this listing was the modern design. To me it felt very much like a boutique hotel that I enjoy staying at very much. The room was very spacious and minimalist, which made me feel very much at home. I like how there were complimentary tea in the kitchen and toothbrushes, combs, exfoliating scrub and slippers provided in the living room. Another cool thing is that there is a washing machine in the bathroom and laundromat downstairs if you want to use a dryer for your washed clothes. There's even a vending machine conveniently located near the entrance of the building with hot and cold beverages. But one of the best features is that it is located between two stations, the Kamata station and the Keikyu-Kamata station. From the Keikyu-Kamata station I was able to take an Express Train all the way to Narita International Airport, which took only two hours. This Airbnb has surpassed my expectations by providing me such an enjoyable stay.

지하철 소리가 들리긴 했지만 크게 신경쓰이지 않을 정도입니다! 한 층에 한 호실이라 정말 편하게 잘 지냈어요ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 미리 히터를 틀어두셔서 체크인 했을 때 정말 따뜻했습니다. 화장실, 주방, 침대 전부 깨끗했고 빔 프로젝터도 완벽했어요👍 다음에도 또 방문할 의향 있습니다 :)

This year marks the second time we chose Yuki's place in Honmachi, Shibuya, Tokyo. We loved it so much that we had to come back to the comfort zone we had come across one year ago. Although the location is approximately 15 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station, you don't really need to the walking if you know how to navigate the bus routes. Check out the bus stops that the number 64-32-33 busses use and you'll save at least 2k steps right at the beginning of your day. The neighborhood is so quiet and lovely that you'll forget the fact of distance. Especially if you're travelling with your kids, this apartment will be spot on in terms of space and amenities. My one suggestion to the host is to provide a European wall-socket charging dock, it's really a pain to locate a shop that sells the apparatus. Thank you again for everything.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was incredibly convenient, and getting around the area was a breeze. The apartment was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Muy buen lugar para alojarse, la ubicación excelente y muy práctico el departamento. Lamentamos que el check in sea a las 5 PM, que en invierno ya es casi de noche. Después de rogarles nos dejaron entrar a las 4 PM, cosa que agradezco, pero igual me parece muy tarde el horario de check in. Todo lo demás muy bueno!

Loved my stay at Sayoko’s place! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet but just on the outskirts of a busy market street with everything you could ask for within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The space is also walkable to so many major train lines that it’s the perfect home base for getting anywhere in Tokyo with ease. Sayoko was kind and responsive, and has put a lot of heart into making her space accommodating. I would highly recommend, and will stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo!

Comfortably fitted 4 peopleLess than 5 minutes walk from Nippori station which is easily accessible to all the main locations such as Akihabara and Shibuya. Family Mart and 7/11 just down the street and a supermarket with fresh food and produce on the way as well. Also check out the 24/7 soba place across the road that always has a queue! The host was really responsive via the app and even waited to greet us at the reception when we arrived at 10pm. Would definitely stay here again.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Tons of cozy izakaya around with supermarkets and convenience stores. With Komagome station of Yamanote line just nearby it is so easy to get to nearly every place in Tokyo. Sozo and Helen were super responsive and nice. Perfect experience!!!

아이와 4인 가족 여행하기 너무 좋았어요. 엘레베이터 세탁기 드라이기 칫솔 일반 무인호텔이라 생각하시면 되요. 생긴지 얼마 안되서 쾌적했어요. 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 짐 보관 안되는건 어쩔수없는거라 그게 호텔에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 다시 오고 싶어요.

We had a nice time at Sakuras Apartment. Metro Station and supermarkets are only about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was really modern and clean, everything we needed was there. I can recommend the apartment!

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Die Lage war perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber Ikebukuro ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die anderen Teile von Tokio sind von der Station Ikebukuro schnell und einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere 7/11 und Family Marts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
