The Annex is a unique space ideally located for you to enjoy everything that Ballycotton has to offer.

Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of Annestown house, this is one of four apartments in a very unique location,. It has no ocean views but offers complete privacy in its own walled patio garden, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views including an outdoor seaview hot tub. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Modern corrugated cabin, with stunning views over the water. Jumping in the car you're within 10mins of both Ballymaloe House, Cookery school and garden. Located 7mins from the foodie town of Midleton where Sage are perfect for dining . Inch beach is 15mins away, is brilliant for swimming, and Cork city, with all it has to offer, is a 20minute drive. There is no wifi in the cabin but mobile phone reception is great, unless you’re Voda phone (a short stroll along the lane will pick Voda up)
