Beautiful property! The setting is so relaxing and peaceful. We loved the gorgeous infinity pool - nice to come home and swim on those hot August days. Our group would sit in the pool area in the evenings to watch the stars in the clear sky. We enjoyed visiting the farm animals on the property. Kitchen had what was needed to cook a few meals at home. There were no coffee pods for the coffee machine so we had to go to the grocery store to buy those. It is about a 15 minute drive to the nearest store. The two outdoor dining areas are great! Half of our group loved the dogs on the property - the hosts left us treats to give to them if they visited us! However, they can be a little intimidating if you are not comfortable around large dogs. Overall, the property is a gem and we would definitely come back.

Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet, schönes Licht, alte Fenster, Böden, Möbel, zudem ist der knappe Platz optimal genutzt (Regale, Haken), so dass das Gepäck nicht im Weg steht - wir haben die Stunden am Meer genossen, und an einem stürmischen Tag auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit dem geräumigen Sofa. Danke!

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

La casa é bellissima. Molto più suggestiva dal vivo che in foto. La posizione perfetta. Permette di visitare i dintorni molto facilmente. Immersa in una campagna unica, vista mozzafiato, casa con tutti i confort necessari per passare una vacanza con amici o in famiglia. Bruno é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per consigli utili e azzeccati su servizi/ristoranti in zona. Vacanza da ricordare!!!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir lieben es, wenn es ruhig und etwas abgelegen ist, man aber trotzdem alles in der näheren Umgebung hat. Die Autofahrt dorthin ist etwas abenteuerlich. Für die Kinder war es perfekt, da sie einfach rauslaufen konnten und zB den kleinen Spielplatz nutzen konnten. Mit den Tieren natürlich nochmal ein Highlight! Das gesamte Grundstück ist wunderschön und unser Haus war mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet! David und Christina sind wahnsinnig tolle Gastgeber und stehen bei Fragen sofort bereit!

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

PERFETTO PER FAMIGLIE CON BAMBINI. IMPECCABILE

La casa di Barbara è perfetta perché è raggiungibile in auto pur essendo a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Capalbio. Il giardino meraviglioso è decisamente il punto forte della casa con tavolo per mangiare contemplando gli ulivi al tramonto, amache, lettini, area yoga e doccia all’aperto per chi vuole rinfrescarsi senza entrare. La casa è un amore. Un piccolo cottage americano in legno bianco con un portico accogliente arredato con divani e tappeti . Anche l’interno è delizioso arredi, tappeti, lampade e oggetti acquistati in viaggi lontani si mischiano ad elementi di design. Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi vedere amici andare nelle bellissime spiagge sottostanti, o semplicemente godersi la pace della campagna maremmana. Un paradiso nascosto
