We enjoyed staying here since it’s closed to SGN and not too far to Saigon central and yet no traffic going out to other Provinces such as Bình Dương, Biên Hoà, Đà Lạt.

Unsere letzten Tage in HCMC konnten wir Dank dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Aussicht vom Pool, welcher sich auf dem Dach des Gebäudes befindet, war atemberaubend und hat uns noch ein letztes Mal von der tollen Stadt träumen lassen. Danke und hoffentlich bis bald! ♥️

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. The interior was beautiful, offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating, addressing all our concerns promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Amazing service! Thanh was responsive and was so helpful. The location is a good place if you like to be surrounded by restaurants and things to do. Thank you for the awesome stay and clear check instructions

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.
