Julie is a great host and her house is beautiful. It’s so nice looking out at the ocean from the huge living room windows and the place is very cute. There is a bit of traffic noise in the bedrooms which you wouldn’t necessarily expect given the serene location but it’s not a big deal and definitely still worth staying.

Great traditional NZ bungalow with heaps of space and good off street parking. Short drive into Petone or Lower Hutt. The four of us all had an enjoyable stay.

House was clean & well kept, matched pictures exactly. Comfortable beds & furniture. Convenient location just outside of Wellington city center. Very nice to have heating & cooling units in each room & laundry facilities. Hosts were responsive. Driveway is tricky to find & maneuver but we managed with a small SUV. Be sure to get instructions & pictures of where to turn into driveway. We would definitely stay again.

Great property in peaceful location and super handy to bus stop for #1 bus right into town. Our only gripe was the world’s brightest street light that shines right into the front of the house. I would happily book here again.

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but convenient to everything including shops, places to see and events centre. Couldn't be more helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming plus everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again.

My husband and I had an excellent month-long stay at Julie's apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, in a beautiful, peaceful area of Wellington, close to my daughter's house. The village of Khandallah is just a five-minute walk from the apartment and has a few small shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, safe, quiet, and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, the living room and the bathroom are spacious, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook comfortably. Julie is an excellent host, friendly and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend Cashmere Retreat if you are visiting Wellington!

Jenna was very helpful and responsive. She gave specific directions for uber drop-off/pick-up point.

Very lovely and cozy. Beautiful sunlight. I personally love the kitchen area and the small balcony. At night it can be loud but it's not that big problem. Overall my family love it. Located in the city centre, it's very easy to get around and travel from the airport by bus. There're supermarket and convenient store nearby. It's close to the museum and a nice haborside. The check-in instuction was very clear and easy to follow. Kelly was very responsive. My family had a great time staying at Kelly's place and definitely consider booking this place again.

Amazing spot, one of my new favourites in Wellington. Easy to get to the main streets and quiet enough to relax out on the deck! Stunning views and we loved watching the planes

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We loved Sue’s place! Everything was just as described and photos are accurate. The views are incredible!! We enjoyed our morning tea/coffee at the window, watching bay traffic go by. Sue was a fantastic host and we enjoyed visiting with her - Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us Sue! 😊

Our stay in Adam&Judiths apartment was wonderful! Beautiful house, very central yet quiet. Easy to walk everywhere. stunning view from the kitchen . Can highly recommend to stay here :-)

Wayne has a beautiful home and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. It was extremely comfortable and he provided a nice selection of breakfast items. We were able to catch the bus from downtown after arriving on the ferry. We had a nice walk to the Botanical Gardens from his place. Overall it was an excellent stay and Wayne went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of.

Close to the city and comfy and clean and easy to access

Fantastic location! Walkable to Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. The place itself was very clean and homely. We would highly recommend staying here!

Blair's place was terrific. There was ample room for our party of four. Great location next to Moore Wilsons (overpriced grocery chain - but lovely wines, pastries, cheese, travelling indulgences, etc). Very walkable location. We would definitely stay again.

Adrienne is a wonderful host! She is very friendly and warm and made me feel comfortable and at home right away. She had the best recommendations for places to shop, eat and drink coffee! I enjoyed staying in her apartment which is immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance to Massey university and town, which suited me very well. I would definitely stay again next visit. Thanks so much Adrienne!

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you might need. As it is right in the centre/ CBD you can reach many interesting places without a car. It is a bit on the louder side due to traffic but nothing too bad. We felt very comfortable there.

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
