Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect home away from home while we visited our family near by. We loved and appreciated the displays of Christianity and spirituality throughout the home. We were especially impressed with the well appointed and generous kitchen. The sunroom was a great bonus and the outdoor deck space was charming. We felt the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate and close to stores, restaurants and medical help if needed. Suggestions to make this a truly top notch property would be updating the towels and wash cloths (they are a bit dated, dingy and warn) and splurging a bit to provide two ply toilet paper instead of single :) All in all we would highly recommend this property and would return again.

Second time staying here for a weekend get away! Clean, great space and clear instructions. The hot tub was a great addition!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

Baljinder's house was exactly as described in the photos and information provided. Lots of space, clean, ample amenities, and great communication from the host. Easy self-check in. Great backyard area and near many places to eat and explore. I highly recommend staying at Baljinder's beautiful and cozy home in Bristow, VA!

Patricia's place is conveniently located next to an Amazon Fresh (walking distance) as well as the Rock Creek Park. The boys and dog were out walking there every morning at 6.30am and loved the almost immediate access to the Park. The house is neat as a pin and had a nicely equipped kitchen - even with a massive supply of coffee and tea - as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made our stay effortless. A great place to stay on the edge of the city.

Cute cabin and not too far out from the city! Loved the privacy of the space and it looked exactly like the photos. Host was very communicative and responsive and amenities were accurate! A few minor “Cons”… 2 full bathrooms but one of them is inside the main room upstairs and the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close so you either have to hold it shut while using the bathroom or put the trash can to hold the door close. I wished the snow/ice was removed from walkways and outdoor amenities so we could enjoy them! We ended buying salt to put down for the walkway to the home as it was as we didn’t have the most balanced group lol. Would’ve definitely appreciated if they took care of that beforehand. There was a significant amount of dog hair on the living room rug which was bothersome for one of my friends who had allergies but we vacuumed which helped. Overall great place to stay and will keep this place on my list for future staycations 🤗

This home is clean. The complimentary muffins and wine are a nice touch. Plenty of towels and individually wrapped toiletries if you need them along with extra pillows and blankets. If you want to cook there is cookware, seasonings, and dishes. A nice patio with a fire pit, (bring your own matches). Overall a nice home. Cons: The neighborhood or side street is scary. The home sits on an unpaved road alongside some creepy homes. If arriving at night, you would definitely feel as if you want to sit in the car and look around for a few minutes before going to the door. While the patio is nice, you really can’t enjoy it unless the neighbor has there pit bulls in the home. They barked at us all the time and jumped up and high on the fence. Lastly, the beds are very low. I’m 5’10, 250 lbs, sitting/trying to get that low to the ground is too much for my liking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good place for men. I wouldn’t stay if a man wasn’t with me.

Harrison was by far the best. The location was great and accessible to all the things my family wanted to do. His communication was great and always answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely go back if we visit DC again. Thank you Harrison for your hospitality. A+++

Gillian and Boe were fantastic hosts, and our stay at their place was amazing. Very comfortable for the two of us, everything was very clean, and the amenities were great. Plenty of towels, easy kitchen access, private entrance. Gillian and Boe were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The area is lovely, with a great downtown area not far and a 5 minute drive to the metro station. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in prime DC neighborhood. The apartment was extremely clean, and we loved having a kitchen for cooking meals. Hudson even provided few items for us (we loved the chocolates!). We used the street parking pass which was great, but DC parking is tricky, and Hudson was very helpful when we had a parking issue. I stayed here with my young kids and recommend this for families!

Jenna's place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is simple and small however the bed was very comfortable. We needed to get extra linens from Jenna, but she had everything available. Thanks for a great stay 😊

John and Adam's place was just what we needed for our stay in the DC area. It was spacious, spotless, well stocked, peaceful, reasonably priced, and in a convenient location close to a shopping center and the Beltway. The grounds were beautiful, with the koi pond and spring flowers just starting to bloom. Adam greeted us when we arrived and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to stay here again when we next visit friends and family in the area.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

Had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s during my three days in DC. The apartment was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. Check-in was smooth and flexible, as Elizabeth allowed me to get in a few hours early as my flight had been moved. Everything was clean and comfortable, and more than enough space for me as a solo traveler to enjoy.

We stayed at Smirna’s place with my wife and two adult children for just three days. The apartment is set in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, with lots of trees and flowers. The place was super easy to find and get in following the accurate instructions. Can recommend to anybody who needs to spend some time in Reston.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and towels, soap, etc nicely laid out. We used the kayak on the river, and there was even life jackets available. Was close to city and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had a great time and Scott’s place was perfect. So many extra things provided at the home, which is appreciated. Scott was very helpful and offered many great recommendations.

Idalma was fantastic. She was quick to respond and answer my many questions. Everything was exactly as described and she even invited my family to watch a movie with hers. Great place to stay if you're visiting DC!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well stocked house - it had everything we wanted for a long weekend in the mountains with kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, space for the kids to play downstairs with toys available, a beautiful bright kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Alexandra provided great instructions to make us feel at home, and everything was clean. Getting up to the house we encountered winding and hilly roads, which of course makes sense for the location, but was something we should have thought about more when traveling with small kids. It was worth the ride, however, to be in such a cozy house with beautiful views.

The Lion Mountain Cabin was is an amazing place to stay. The inside of the cabin is cozy and has everything you will need on a cabin retreat. Robert was responsive and a great host! Inside: The kitchen is outfitted with everything for cooking your own meals. There was even a blender which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were all clean and inviting. We spent a significant amount of time in the living room by the fireplace. It was just perfect. Outside: The view from the deck is simply amazing. You can catch the sunset every evening while overlooking the hills. On the side of the property you will find the firepit. It is spacious and there was firewood available to use. Stargazing from either the deck or the firepit is quite a treat! The gas grill was ready to go with a gas tank in place. The cabin is located near Charlestown and Harpers Ferry. Both charming towns to visit. I would highly recommend the Lion Mountain Cabin to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Lots of amenities to entertain, incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. Loved the theater room and hot tub. Lacked for nothing and would stay again without hesitation!

We came for an anniversary trip and it was wonderful! The area is beautiful and the sunrises alone would make us come back! Thank you!!
