This uper ground floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms will give you an amazing experience of a typical Lisbon house.
The building was renewed on 2017 and kept all the traditional architecture from the past.
The house is cool and airy, in summer the interior temperature is always pleasant.
This apartment has a total of 140 square meters: 80 square meters interior (3.3m ceiling height) + 60 square meters private terrace.
There are 3 beds in the rooms, one King size bed (160x200) and two Single size beds (90x200).
A comfortable extra bed (80x190) is available for the second bedroom.
The Sofa Bed is in the living room, once opened (140x200) accommodates well up to two children or one adult with regular size.
The mattresses are VERY COMFORTABLE and of high quality.
The apartment is equipped with HIGHT SPEED INTERNET connection (120Mbps, 12Mbps upload, Fiber) WITH RANGE EXTENDER TO THE TERRACE, Cable HD TV with more than 140 channels.

O apartamento fica em Belém num bairro calmo, muito perto do Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, da Torre de Belém do Palácio da Ajuda e dos famosos Pastéis de Belém. Os jardins de Belém são excelentes para caminhar e conhecer os monumentos e museus.

Before checking in you will be asked to fill the accommodation bulletin form for each guest (IT´S MANDATORY BY LAW AND IF YOU DON'T FILL IT PREVIOUSLY IT WILL BE RE-QUIRED AT THE CHECK IN). It only takes 2 minutes

This is a typical neighbourhood that cherishes silence, please respect it.
Visitors are welcome but per night only registered guests.
Smoking is allowed in the terrace.
NO PETS ALLOWED
I love our little friends but as to respect to other guests and any allergies it's totally forbidden to enter with any pet.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Please leave the apartment tidy and don’t throw anything from the balcony.
Place things back where you found them and don´t leave with anything from inside with you.
Everything is at your disposal, so take care of everything so the next Guests can also enjoy the fully potencial of this apartment.
Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so I can lend a helping hand
Breaching this rules will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
Security Deposit - if damaged the house may be charged up to € 150.00

CLEANING AND CARE
The apartment requires cleaning and care once a week, so for stays longer than 7 days I kindly ask you the availability for a day to check it. This is mainly for cleaning, change of sheets&towels, refills of amenities and plant treat. This has no extra cost.
TRANSFER SERVICE TO/FROM LISBON AIRPORT AVAILABLE. It is 15min away.
