Great spot to relax, reset and recharge. The house had everything we needed to make our meals for the week. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We saw horses most days and were grateful for the beach chairs to use. Best vacation of my life-will be back.

Excellent location! Extremely close to the beach (right across the street) and very friendly and accommodating staff. Bijan communicated very well leading up to check in. Highly recommend the space. Perfect for a small group/family.

별도의 침실과 완비된 주방이 있는 아름다운 풀룸. 전망이 장관이며 건물이 모든 것에 가깝습니다! 우리는 멋진 레스토랑에서 식사를 했고 나쁜 식사를 한 적이 없었습니다. Rockafeller 's와 Captain George' s, Chix on the Beach and Jumping Shrimp를 추천합니다. 주차권을 이용하면 주차장을 주차하고 차고에서 출입할 수 있었습니다. 마리 님은 우리가 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 모든 단계를 확인해주어 놀라웠습니다. 그녀와 함께 머무는 것을 강력하게 추천합니다!

This was our 2nd year in a row at Duane’s place! After last year we just knew it was perfect for another year! This spot is on the quieter end of the beach but with still so many things to do. We love Virginia Beach’s family friendly atmosphere! I would recommend Duane’s space to anyone! Thank you again for hosting our family vacation. Best wishes!

Family LOVED! this house! The house was set up well and very comfortable. If you are looking for the four seasons, this is not it. It is a truly welcoming and comfortable home in a lovely location. We kayaked and paddleboarded at sunset every night (our PB’s), did the beach during the day, cooked in the well equipped kitchen and spent family time in the game room at night. It was perfect! Host and property manager were SO helpful and responsive! Cons: Water BUT the host has a 5 gallon water dispenser. Bring at least one 5 gallon container a day. Ace hardware in Corolla have them right in Corolla. Careful washing whites at the house. The water discolored a pair of white linen pants. We were very pleased and will plan to rent this home next year! It was magical and a great vacation. Oh and many horse visits!

We stayed at Pinch Me for a family get together. Lots f room so we could all have some private space as well meeting areas. LARGE kitchen and dining table allowed us to cook and eat together. Also had beach access right across a very quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Lynn has a great place here. Regardless if it’s short or long term, you won’t be disappointed with this place, it has a nice home feel to it. Everything is as listed in the description and Lynn was always quick to respond and gave a list of recommendations for local food place. I’d recommend giving it a chance if you’re on the fence

We enjoyed our short stay. Ron’s Pool House is lovely and we would go back again but not right after a snowstorm. The weather kept us from enjoying the pool, the deck the yard. Warmer weather would definitely be more enjoyable! Cliff, Carol, & Gavin

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for Valentines' Day weekend and loved it! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, several amenities were supplied, and overall it had a wonderfully homey feel to it. The location was perfect and felt like we were within a reasonable distance between a lot of things while still having peaceful privacy. Would definitely recommend!

Davina was very attentive and was always checking in to make sure things were going well. She quickly responded to messages and was very helpful.

The location, the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding! The attention to detail made our stay more pleasant. Our stay was in June with two people.We were there to vacation with our family that was in another hotel. We enjoyed the boardwalk, the ships and the view the moment you walked into the room!

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

This is the cutest, most cozy, little camper! I stayed here with my partner and our daughter. At first we were a little nervous about the small size, but we actually fit perfectly. The location with in the campground is perfect. Close to the comfort stations and one of the pools. Everything was set up perfectly. Towels laid out, table set, linens provided. Great price and SO close to the oceanfront. We took advantage of the free parking at 9th Street. We didn't use the trolley but that's also a great amenity. The campground had music at the pool at night which was really fun. I come to Virginia Beach at least once a year, so we will definitely stay again!

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.

Kevin’s place was fantastic for what we needed. It’s clean, quiet, extremely close to the grocery store, and a hop and a skip away from the beach and restaurants. The keypads on the building and the unit itself make coming and going a breeze without having to remember a key. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Kevin!

Beverly was very helpful on a short notice vacation for me and my husband! We had a great time and the house was a lot bigger than what we needed but perfect at the same time! We enjoyed having space to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Being that close to the beach was amazing. Beverly was also very responsive when we asked questions. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!
